This carefully crafted blend is designed to help regulate your circadian rhythm and promote deeper, more rejuvenating sleep, supporting the body’s natural transition from wakefulness to rest. Thoughtfully selected botanicals work in harmony to gently calm the nervous system, ease mental chatter, and prepare both body and mind for sleep.

Traditionally used to support the body’s innate sleep–wake cycle, this blend may help encourage a smoother onset of sleep while also enhancing overall sleep quality, allowing for a more restorative and uninterrupted rest throughout the night. Its soothing properties can assist in reducing restlessness, tension, and the effects of daily stress, creating a sense of calm that supports a more mindful evening routine. With regular use, it may help reinforce healthy sleep patterns, leaving you feeling more refreshed, balanced, and energised upon waking.

For best results, enjoy a warm cup 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime, allowing the gentle effects of the herbs to take hold as part of a calming nightly ritual.

Valerian root, Passionflower, Chamomile, Lemon balm, Skullcap, Lavender

1. Place a heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser.
2. Add filtered water at 85°C- 100°C and allow to steep for 3 – 6+ minutes.
3. Strain the tea and serve.

Desired strength: Shorter steeping times result in a milder flavor, while longer times can produce a stronger, potentially bitter, taste (10+ minutes).

For Iced Tea:

Follow the above brewing instructions then chill the brewed tea in the fridge. Once chilled, serve over ice and add your chosen garnish (fruit or fresh herbs).
