This blend has traditionally been used to help promote the gentle elimination of toxins and impurities from both the skin and the bloodstream, supporting the body’s natural cleansing processes from within. Carefully selected botanicals work to assist the body’s internal detoxification pathways, helping to clear excess heat and waste that may otherwise manifest through the skin.

By encouraging healthy circulation and supporting the purification of the blood, this blend may contribute to a clearer, more balanced complexion over time. Its soothing herbal properties also help calm irritation and reduce inflammation, making it particularly beneficial for sensitive or reactive skin states. In addition, these herbs may support the regeneration of new, healthy skin cells, aiding in the repair and healing of inflamed or compromised skin membranes.

With regular use, this blend offers a gentle, holistic approach to skin health, helping to restore clarity, promote resilience, and enhance the skin’s natural glow from the inside out.

Burdock, Echinacea, Calendula, Cleavers, Spearmint, Red Clover, Lemon peel

1. Place a heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser.
2. Add filtered water at 85°C- 100°C and allow to steep for 3 – 6+ minutes.
3. Strain the tea and serve.

Desired strength: Shorter steeping times result in a milder flavor, while longer times can produce a stronger, potentially bitter, taste (10+ minutes).

For Iced Tea:

Follow the above brewing instructions then chill the brewed tea in the fridge. Once chilled, serve over ice and add your chosen garnish (fruit or fresh herbs).
